Welcome to the Medical Center of the Palm Beaches. You have found your medical home for you and your family's health care needs. The Medical Center has developed a Total Care Organization, TCO, with our two convenient locations staffed with board certified medical physicians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, board certified chiropractic physicians, registered physical therapists, and a wide range of professional medical staff. We have been caring for the local community with quality, affordable, and comprehensive healthcare for more than 20 years. "The Best Medicine is the Best Medicine," that is our motto. There is no need to go elsewhere for your medical care. We want to be your primary care physicians and work together towards your goals of good health and achieving a better quality of life.
TOTAL CARE is our FOCUS. Founding physician Dr. Russ M. Seger, D.C., developed the Medical Center to provide you immediate access to a variety of medical services in a central location, a Total Care Organization. The TCO brings together our team of providers along with a network of local specialist and diagnostic testing. The real benefit to you and what sets the Medical Center apart is having all of our providers, specialists, and services available, communicating with each other, all located under one roof. Much more than an urgent care facility or walk-in clinic, this is your doctor's office. Patients of all ages, ranging from newborns, school age children, to adults and seniors, obtain medical services 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, by appointment or when necessary on a walk-in basis.

PATIENT PORTAL
The Medical Center of the Palm Beaches is now offering patients limited access to their health records through a Patient Portal. By providing us with your email address, we can link your account to the secure HIPPA Regulated Patient Portal. At your next visit, ask the front desk staff to generate your unique username and password. Once you have your username and password, click on https://mycw30.eclinicalweb.com/portal3104/jsp/login.jsp to view your health record.
